Winster Carnival, also known as Winster Wakes, starts on the first Sunday on or after The Nativity of John the Baptist (June 24), with Carnival Day on the following Saturday.
Unless there is a change to that pattern in the meantime, Winster Wakes can be expected to run:

- Sun 28 Jun to Sat 4 Jul 2026
- Sun 27 Jun to Sat 3 Jul 2027
- Sun 25 Jun to Sat 1 Jul 2028
- Sun 24 Jun to Sat 30 Jun 2029
- Sun 30 Jun to Sat 6 Jul 2030
- Sun 29 Jun to Sat 5 Jul 2031
- Sun 27 Jun to Sat 3 Jul 2032
- Sun 26 Jun to Sat 2 Jul 2033
- Sun 25 Jun to Sat 1 Jul 2034
