Parish Council meetings are held in the Burton Institute on the first Monday of each month, unless this is a Bank Holiday in which case the meeting is on the following Monday.
Members of the public are welcome to attend and there is a public open session at the beginning of each meeting.
Agendas are placed on the Parish Council notice board at the bottom of East Bank at least three days before the meeting. Copies may be requested from the Clerk.
Past minutes and other documents are now available online.
The Council operates a Public Participation Scheme at the beginning of each meeting and further details are available from the Clerk.
The Public and Press are invited to attend all meetings.
The Parish Council also organises the Annual Parish Meeting, held each April or May - watch the Winster Diary for the date (and the deadline for submitting agenda items).
Places on Winster Parish Council will be up for election on 7th May. Keeping the village vibrant needs an active Parish Council - could you be a candidate? There's a detailed brief available online at http://tinyurl.com/wpc2015
